Yes, we have minimum of 30 pcs per design. We can only process bulk orders due to the cost per order.
Unfortunately we do not offer this option. Its need preparation time & materials needed for us to do your order that’s why we require our clients to have 30pcs per design to process their order. However we do have 1-2 print proofing sample for our client’s approval prior to mass production.

Yes we can accept printing job only without the merchandise/material however we only accept 50 pcs per design. You need to deliver the merchandise/material to us at your own expense.

You can ship back your order to us and we could able to replace your items.
We can only refund if you haven’t signed in our quotation or billing invoice and we haven’t process your order yet.
Unfortunately we don’t offer a refund however we can only replace the rejected items.
